Hi, my name is Ramsey Mally. We have a government contracting firm. In addition to that, we do invest in real estate or residential commercial, multiple different asset classes. But those are the two businesses we started working with Rainwater CPA for three primary reasons. Number one was the fact that we can get all our tax work completed for one price, whether that was one return, 345 returns, a number of returns, it was considered one, it was one price. We had multiple services and we were not nickel and dimed for a tax amendment. If we had to adjust something, a different return, et cetera, there was 11 offering one fee which covered everything. So that's, that's one. The second was tax strategy. I've never seen the level of tax strategy offering that Rainwater CPA does and that was a component that was often promised, but quite frankly, never delivered with any other CPA. S on top of that. The last and final point is the fact that they have a network of experts. So every scenario, every individual, every business is very unique and they are not afraid to share the fact that although they have many years of experience. They do have a network of experts that are very, very specific niche in that field and they can support you. And I commend them. I love our quarters which are tax strategy. I was always seeking those tax strategy sessions. I've probably worked with three or four CPA S and in many ways, I paid more. Unfortunately, I never shared that before, but it definitely paid more and got less. So there's that component of true assessment of how did your year go and then it's quarter by quarter. So you have time to make some allocations. Oftentimes you have to create different entities. There's some business components to it, some legal aspects and some business formation. But a lot of that is available to you. There's enough time and there's plenty of strategy and there's an entire team dedicated to supporting your for further future as far as what is possible, what could you do and even ideas that you never thought were possible that you can implement immediately or even quarterly or even annually.
