Hey, my name is Doctor Ryan Warren and I own a large medical clinic as well as a coaching and consulting company. And I want to give a huge thanks to James Rainwater, rainwater CPA S for helping me with the back end of our business and the flow of transactions in and out. But also helping us account for the taxes and plan for what we need to do for the future of those businesses. I'm eternally grateful and really appreciate his sincerity and his thoroughness. You see the problem we have in a clinic in a company like mine is we have a lot of cash flow, which is a great thing, but it also creates a lot of problems and liabilities and things that need to be accounted for and to plan for. So a lot of CPA S I've worked with in the past have always said, oh, we do this, we plan for this, we do tax planning, we set up strategies and really they just kind of like James always says in his advertisements, puts numbers and boxes and they don't look at your business from a CEO standpoint or a CFO standpoint. Rather,, to look at how your money situation is and what is the best way to go about handling your money situation and planning for that as opposed to you, may, this, here's the tax, we want to pay taxes, but I always say we wanna pay exactly what's due but not a penny more. And so James has really helped with that and helped me with other strategies and he, he's great about getting together with me and putting,, heads together to find,, if there are any other strategies, opportunities or tax saving things that we can do collectively, you know, I always like to work with people that know what they're talking about. And in the case of James and his team, they know what they're talking about. Ok. You can tell he's, he's up to par with the things you can do the things you can't do, rules, regulations, laws, all of that sort of stuff that business owners like me. I know how to work hard and how to make money, but when it comes to the back end of the taxes and what the, what Uncle Sam and the government wants to take., like I said, that's not my forte. So I really enjoy working with somebody that definitely knows what they're talking about. There's a lot of CPA S out there, in fact where I live, there's like one on every corner., but it's,, truly it's something special when you find somebody that is really well versed in that craft and can help you out. Somebody like James and his team are essential to have in a business like mine where there is a lot going on and a lot of transactions I definitely recommend James Rainwater and rainwater CPA S and his team fully. they have my full endorsement. In fact, I actually refer my clients to them and a couple of my clients actually use them,, for their clinics as well. So they have all had nothing but good things to say, which is very important for me when I refer somebody somewhere because they're an extension of me.
