So I was introduced to Vasil through a private equity own client that I had and basil was providing a variety of services, executive assistant, um marketing, uh maybe even a little bit of financial services. What really impressed me in working with their people was a couple of things. One I would never have guessed they were an outsource firm. Their level of integration into my client's firm was so thorough and their understanding of the organization of the people. They were just uh like a full time employee that was their resident on site. The other piece was the level of their individuals that they had working with my client. They were very strategic. Uh They weren't waiting for tasks to be given. They were actually ahead of us at times and suggesting ideas, suggesting workshops, suggesting templates, suggesting things to do. Um So really much more of a contributor and a strategic member of the team than a uh I guess, you know, outsourced resource to throw work to.
