Um So, you know, just really, really easy to work with really good projects from, from start to finish.

Hi, this is Darryl Maloney. I am CFO um, a company called Persian Security. Um, we're a professional services cybersecurity Business. Um, I wanted to just take a minute to, um, to speak about, um, Charlie and the folks over at, um, Monte Carlo consulting and the project that they've recently uh helped us with. Um, so we wanted a new budget tool and we, we picked Venna and we picked Charlie and the folks to help us get it in and for post go live. So from the start of the project, uh it was great. They helped us with our chart of accounts design. Um, we're currently using Quickbooks so they helped us with their quick books integration, uh, future proofing any of the structure so that we can upgrade our, er P which is O on the cards for us. So, um, making sure that it wasn't just set up for quick books. Um, and then just a really prescriptive approach to the project in terms of, um, you know, delivering mockups working with us to decide what kind of reports we wanted, what would be best for the business. Um, and just going through that on an iterative process because we never get that right. First time. Um great product knowledge, um they took us through, you know, something that we'd never used before. Um So just really easy to work with really good project knowledge, really good at explaining that and great responsiveness whenever we had any questions and, and things needed to get fixed. Um So, you know, just really, really easy to work with really good projects from, from start to finish. You know, we um from the initial conversation to the walkthroughs to getting ready for go live, go live and then uh post go live. There was uh there was great every step of the way. So, uh thanks to Charlie and the folks at Monte Carlo, um we would definitely use them again and we would recommend them to uh anybody else. Thank you.

Uh We asked them to build a financial model uh in preparation for our coming seed round. All of these things contributed to a very, very complicated financial model. Uh Their team was really quick to respond to our needs. Um They really shined in terms of their knowledge in of FPN A. They had a draft completed within 48 hours and then we had a robust uh model within a few weeks that we were proud to show investors. Uh And also it was functional in the way that we could use it for day to day business management. Uh And their team is uh updating that model and that uh on a monthly basis using our actuals. Uh I highly recommend using Monte Carlos consulting for their fractional CFO services and model building and they are also just an amazing team to work with.

Hi, I'm Tina. I'm the VP of Finance at Max I, I worked with Charlie and his team on uh some data migrations that we had with an FPN, a tool that we used. So he helped us with managing and understanding our netsuite data and able to make sure that we had a good integration and import into the system. One of the other things that he helped us with was making sure that our data was gathered in a, in an efficient way to make sure forecasting was a little bit easier. So he helped us gather data at the department level and the class code level netsuite calls it class, but we are using it as product line reporting. So he helped us kind of gather that data a little bit more efficiently to assist in the forecasting tool. One thing that I'll say about Charlie is is he's really great at just kind of understanding all of the pieces and what you're trying to do. And at times he'd come up with a quick fix and a solution that was easy to implement, that was effective as well as maybe, you know, this is what we need now to get something up and off the ground, quick, quickly. And then at one, you know, there's a couple of times where we had a maybe a longer term solution, but I think that there was always that balance and that discussion as to what do we want to do now, what can we do now with the data that we have versus what do we, what's, what's a longer term solution? So I really enjoyed working with him. He's very open minded. Um And just, he's, he understands kind of the FPN a mindset of you. What are you forecasting to and what do your actuals look like and how to bridge that gap? Because not everybody always has clean data. Um And uh anyway, we work with them. We enjoyed all of our outcomes and all of our solutions and they were easy for us to implement and integrate. And that was always a consideration as, as, as Charlie developed a um solution for us. So we appreciate them and um we'd work with him again. Thanks.

And so it was really appreciated how you and the team took the time to dug it, dig in and understand those nuances.

we've been really impressed with you, Charlie and the Monte Carlos team. Um and you certainly added a tonne of value throughout our implementation of a, um what stood out for us was your your team's expertise as finance practitioners. And that meant that you could come in and execute very quickly, which was certainly a really important factor for us. And as you know, particularly in our case, we have a fair amount of complexity around our revenue model with the committed piece and the variable usage component. And so it was really appreciated how you and the team took the time to dug it, dig in and understand those nuances. Um, understand our different sets of customers and the key sass metrics that we track. And so when it came to building those models and those calculations with that within a itself, it was clear you really understood the tool and were able to help us with those design decisions and to ultimately build those models in the cleanest way possible within a and that was, you know, hugely valuable to us. Uh, the other thing I would highlight as well is your in-house NetSuite expertise. Um, again really appreciated how autonomous you were throughout the implementation. Um, and like you said in the brief there, um, getting us connected and tied out, um, A and NetSuite within a matter of days was hugely valuable to us. So in in the round, um, it was a pleasure working with you and the team. Um, I would love to partner again with you in the in the future.
