Hi, it's Karen here. Um, I guess the one thing that I noticed is that not only do I like to work out, I like, need to work out and I find myself just at any opportunity at home, you know, doing push ups on my counter or, you know, doing stretches on my wall or doing planks in the living room or, you know, bear crawls in the backyard. So I'd have to say that's probably like one of the biggest things is that I need this. So, thanks.
Joining Contemporary Athlete and following their functional training program has helped me live pain-free. I no longer experience pain in my feet, knees, hips, or elbows, allowing me to enjoy running and golfing again with strength and freedom.
