Hi, it's Karen here. Um, I guess the one thing that I noticed is that not only do I like to work out, I like, need to work out and I find myself just at any opportunity at home, you know, doing push ups on my counter or, you know, doing stretches on my wall or doing planks in the living room or, you know, bear crawls in the backyard.
