Hey everybody, my name is Paula, I've been a member of the collective since November of 2022. So relatively do. But one of the things that I really like about this community is I don't feel like I'm walking into a typical um networking type of thing where people are going to pitch me, from from the time I walk into the time, I leave. I've been able to meet some really great people that are doing the things that I need to do for my business, but that are not my business. So I'm a coach and I knew I needed to be in rooms that were not filled with coaches, but people who were doing things like marketing and doing things like accounting and and things like that because I've learned so much from the people that are actually doing that work and their intent is just to help me. Um and eventually when I need him, I know I'm gonna be able to tap into this group to actually hire them when I get to a point where I need that type of support, but right now I just, I need to know a lot more about running a business and that's what I like about this community is it can be that safe place to learn from others. Um and just really be part of a group that doesn't always want to, as one person said uh to collaborate with me and what they really wanted to do was collaborate with my pocketbook. Um and I don't feel that pressure here. Um and nobody's pitched me anything like that, But um, I think that's going to make me more likely to use this group as a, as a resource when I am ready to buy. So that's just from me, from, you know, three months. I've participated in several of the online events and I'm looking forward to participating in more of them. So I hope you found this helpful.
