They give you all the support material you need and they coordinate the replies and the. etc. and make it very easy so absolutely would recommend this to any landlord, uh I find dealing with my tenant directly it better, I get a better quality land landlord cos I can make that judgement rather than a property manager, so I highly recommend it for any landlord.

Probably the best part about using Property now was just how user friendly and um how good the customer service was, so as soon as we signed up for the app, they got in contact, answered any questions we had and were just super helpful throughout the whole experience. As well as the website being really super easy to navigate, making looking at enquiries and applications just such an easy process.

It was listed pretty instantly on the main sites where I wanted it to be, like domain.com.au and real estate.com.au. Uh, we had immediate strong interest on the property. Uh, that's not obviously due to the app itself, but also to the property. Um, and it took us less than 2 weeks overall to get between getting the app up and running, the advertisement up and running, and then finding and signing up a new tenant. So again, thumbs up.

Well, it's very easy in a way that I can just upload photos and write up descriptions and provide all the details about the property myself online um without actually getting any help, um and the services provided by Property now is great as well, they give you calls to follow up to make sure everything is seamless and no issues.
