Hi there. Welcome to the patient's story. I'm really glad you found us. My name is Stephanie Chung. I'm the founder of the patient's story, but more importantly, I'm a cancer survivor and I'm also a very passionate patient advocate. Because I remember when I was diagnosed with a blood cancer, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, I was in the hospital for over a week just to get tests and biopsies and all the things run, and I was so anxious, and I felt really alone. And so that's really the, the mission of the patient's story is to help humanize a diagnosis and help people understand that they are not alone. And you coming today and joining this mission by sharing your story, your experiences is going to play a very key role in that. Just trust me when I say it's going to help so many people. In fact, we're reaching millions of people every year. And so what you're gonna find. is a series of questions. These are really meant to help you um answer what were the key moments for you, the most powerful messages, what you wish you knew. This is your opportunity to draw from your own authentic and deep and real experience, um, to again connect with other people. So I invite you to do just that. Um, you get three options. You get to answer video, audio, or text. We really Encourage video as a choice because we have found that to be the most powerful um way of connecting people. However, it is most important that you feel comfortable, so choose the option that um makes you feel the most comfortable.
